Auberge Saint Jacques - Conques

We got great value for our money at Auberge Saint Jacques. The room was spacious with a lovely view and charming decor. The location was perfect right in the heart of the village, and the staff treated us fantastically.

The breakfast option could be improved by ensuring that the food is served warm and by accommodating specific requests without any confusion.

The location is perfect and the staff are fantastic. We found the room to be clean and neat, and we loved the view from our spacious room. the decor of the old half-timbered building was charming and the furnishings were quaint. We especially enjoyed the fact that our room had an actual bath in the bathroom. the evening meal in the restaurant was good value and interesting, and the breakfast was a substantial French breakfast with fruit, compote, yogurt, bread and jam. the waiters were charming and helpful. the bar opening onto the street was a great place to sit and relax.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, clean and neat rooms. Parking nearby, easy to find. Close to the Abbey with a view from the room. Charming decor in an old building. Good value restaurant and substantial French breakfast. Hardworking and friendly staff. Central bar to relax.

We felt like royalty in our spacious room with a view, complete with a charming decor and a luxurious bathroom. the evening meal was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the church. The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, especially their specialty dish, Aligot. The wine selection was also impressive, with a focus on local and traditional options. The gentleman who managed the front desk and other areas of the hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His friendly and hardworking nature made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the nearby Abbey. The charming decor of the old half-timbered building added to the overall ambience of the hotel.

The restaurant offered a good value and interesting evening meal. Breakfast was a substantial French breakfast, not your typical bland international hotel style. The waiters were charming and helpful. Fantastic staff and clean, neat room. Simple parking nearby during the shoulder season.
